Day1: Arrival at Jammu-Katra- Darshan
Pick up from Jammu railway station / Katra railway station and leave for darshan to Mata Vaishno Devi. later back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Katra hotel. You can enjoy leisure time in the evening.
Day 02: Katra-Pahalgam
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (valley of shepherds). The distance of about 241 km will be covered in about 8 hrs. Enroute through the Chennai Nashri Tunnel (Asia’s longest road tunnel) Jawahar Tunnel, Banihal, Rambhan, Kud. Arrive Srinagar transfer to the hotel. Visit patnitop. The afternoon has bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of the magnificent view of mountains. Night stay at hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 3: Pahalgam to Srinagar.
Early in the morning leave for Pahalgam the 'valley of shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheshnag Lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaren, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers a good view. Night halt at Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar local Sightseeing.
After breakfast, being your tour of Kashmir Tour. You will be transferred to Hotel. Proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankaracharya temple situated on the highest hill of Srinagar, the famous Mughal Gardens-Chashmashahi, Nishat & Shalimar. These gardens were the Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise and today these are popular picnic spots. Also visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local Hand-CraftedItems-Shawls, Jackets, Bed Covers, Paper Mache, Carpets & much more! In the evening leisurely stroll alongside the Dal Lake exploring the local markets. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 05: On to Srinagar – Gulmarg-Srinagar
After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check-in at the hotel. Later, begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system. Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding. Overnight stay at Srinagar houseboat.
Day 6: Return Home with Happy Memories
After breakfast transfer to Airport/Railway station to board your flight with Everlasting Memories of CDSTT.
